Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eJobs360, including our websites and applications for job seekers, employers, and administrators (collectively, the “Service”), operated by BizOps (“BizOps”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal working age in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service We Provide

eJobs360 is a job-portal and career platform that allows job seekers to search and apply for jobs, build profiles and résumés, use AI-powered career tools (Career Coach, skill assessments, mock interviews, CV tools, salary intelligence), participate in community discussions, and track applications. Certain features are offered only to paid subscribers, as described on our pricing pages.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to assist or enable others to:

• Upload or submit false credentials, résumés, or impersonate another person.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data from the Service, except where explicitly permitted via an API.
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, or interfere with the Service’s operation or security.
• Post content in the Community sections that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
• Use employer or other user contact information obtained through the Service for unsolicited marketing or any purpose other than legitimate job-seeking activity.

We may review, moderate, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice, as described in Section 7 (Termination).

4. User Content

“User Content” means résumés, profile information, messages, community posts and comments, assessment responses, and any other content you submit to the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant BizOps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service (e.g., to display your profile to employers you apply to, or to power AI-based matching and recommendations). You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

• Certain features (e.g., premium CV tools, paid mock interviews, profile boosts, additional certifications) require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, as described at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account’s Billing settings.
• Fees are charged via our supported payment gateways (including local mobile-wallet and card processors). Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated in a plan’s terms, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@ejobs360.com.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that any job listing is genuine, that any employer is legitimate, or that you will obtain employment through the Service. AI-generated recommendations, scores, and assessments (including CV ratings, match scores, and skill-test results) are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for career decisions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizOps and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time via Account Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, except where applicable law provides users with non-waivable rights to bring claims in their local jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification or email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
